Review of Liliya:

Lilya is a Hero that you can acquire by spending some money from the start of the game.
Ways to obtain this Hero’s Tokens: (1) First Purchase Gift / Honor Exclusive chest at Store for Membership Level 1 to 9; (2) Leveling up this Hero’s Trust Level to Level 4 once you have unlocked this Hero, by chatting with this Hero and/or giving gifts (Sweetdew) when this Hero appears in your City.
Liliya deals high damage. At maximum Skills levels, her first skill deal a Damage Factor of 1,200 to up to 3 targets, and a 50% chance to Scorch targets – dealing a further Damage Factor of 1,000 over 5 seconds. Her third skill provides 30% chance to Scorch 2 surrounding Legions if the target she is attacking is Scorched. You will want to generate Rage as fast as possible with her, to Scorch more of your enemies and hit them with big damage.

Dazzling Inferno	Passive Skill Liliya’s Legion deals 10% more damage to Darklings and Dark Creatures. Upgrades: Damage dealt during Peacekeeping bonus: 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% HP Bonus: 3%/4%/6%/8%/10%
Deep Burn	Passive Skill All Magic units in Liliya’s Legion gain 10% Magic ATK and 4% HP. Upgrades: Magic unit Magic ATK bonus: 10%/12%/14%/16%/20% Magic unit HP bonus: 4%/5%/6%/8%/10%
Witchy Wiles	Passive Skill When Liliya’s Legion launches a normal attack, they have a 10% chance to Scorch up to 2 surrounding enemy Legions if the target Legion in Scorched. Upgrades: Probability: 10%/15%/20%/25%/30%
Burning Blood	Skill Enhanced: Flame of Vengeance Before Awakening: Deals Hero Skill damage to the target and another nearby Legion (Magic Damage Factor 1200), with a 50% chance to Scorch them, dealing Hero Skill damage (Magic Damage Factor 200) every second for 5s.
