Imhotep was the chancellor to the pharaoh Djoser during the Third Dynasty of ancient Egypt, and was High Priest of the sun god Ra in Heliopolis. His status did not come as a result of noble birth – he was born a commoner – but rather as a result of his scholarship and wisdom which allowed him to rise through the ranks and become the pharaoh’s right-hand man.

Review of Commander Imhotep:
- Imhotep is the best Epic commander in RoK.
- His first skill (The High Priest) is amazing, when Expertised. It increases damage taken by up to 5 targets by 30% and reduces each of their Rage by 50 per second. Make sure he is the secondary commander for this to take effect.
- As an Epic commander, he is easy to upgrade (using Epic Commander Sculptures) and Expertise, allowing even free-to-play players to enjoy his abilities.
